Why does Betway require personal information on registration?

What happens if I forget my password?

How do I make a withdrawal?

How long does it take for withdrawals to reach me?

Withdrawals take 2 to 5 working days. If you do not receive your funds, email Player Support with your username and details of your withdrawal request, including the date and amount.
